The ending of what happened in this, and Psycho - pass.. AND WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE 10TH?

But I heard that Zetsuen no Tempest is going to be 22 episodes long! Or something. I heard that it was 22 but I also heard it was 24; either way the next episode shouldn't be the end.... YAY
