Appearance: Arata has brown short hair and violet eyes. He wears an ear cuff on his left ear. He's 5,9 feet in height. He wears the SCEPTER-4 uniform.

Personality: He is a rather complicated person in dialogue, concealing the true feelings. Sometimes Arata can be rude to people, but not because he wants to hurt them. He also feels uncomfortable in communicating with strangers. However, he is really good partner in the fight and is very helpful.

Background: Arata lost his family at age 6. It was a difficult time for him, but Arata had a friend which strongly supported him. His name was Akio Shima (OC of my friend.). They went to Ashinaka High School together and after graduation they decided to join HOMRA together.

Arata failed to awaken the red flames as opposed to Akio. He wanted power, but didn't want to wait, so he decided to join SCEPTER-4, where he was able to get the blue flames.

After entry into SCEPTER-4, he immediately accepted Fushimi Saruhiko as his opponent - because he could not defeat him in sparring. He gets along with the members of SCEPTER-4 though.
